Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all documentation, certificates, and protective films intact to ensure a full refund.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure the high-value shipment is fully insured.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
